mix up with appointments which meant we both missed out on a treatment each. Very disappointing. Spa was cold and treatment was not firm however girls were very nice

Spa was basic but had majority of what was needed and robes provided but no slippers. Treatment was decent would have prefer firmer treatment

Mine and my daughters visit wasn't the first at the spa. Myself and my two daughters have visited on a few occasions. Some building work was still in progress which is fine as these things must be done. The large room which I had my treatment in was going to be a dual room when finished. I found this room to be a little cold(probably due to size and that it wasn't completely finished), and the lighting a little too bright. The music was very soothing and the treatment was as usual very good and the staff very pleasant. We look forward to returning :)

spa area too small no loungers where you could relax so sat at a table on chairs during our time there. they had ran out of slippers so had to go around barefooted not very good.
treatments however were fantastic very good massage and facial.
did not like having to walk out of the spa area to the outside to get to the restaurant for lunch which was about 100yards should be an inside way to get to the restaurant.
lunch was very good value.
we left after lunch so did not stay the whole day.
I would go again but only for the treatments.
