The therapist, Katie, was lovely, with just the right amount of chat to put me at my ease and feel I am a human, rather than just a customer. I came out of both my treatments feeling relaxed and pampered, exactly what I needed after the year I've had!
The pool was clean and just the right temperature; the jacuzzi was a bit over-powerful, but fun; the changing rooms were cosy, but clean. There was quite a lot of condensation dripping down by the windows, perhaps an extractor fan could be used, without stripping out all the warmth. The lunch was a little basic, and the panini could have been hotter, but it was very tasty. Thank you.

The spa is in desperate need of a good clean.... Some of the chairs were broken, the tiles around the pool have a green tinge to them and it was a little to got. I am aware they are in the process of doing work to the spa so hoping this will change as the treatments and the girls doing the treatments were fantastic and the new nail bar looks really nice and clean. We did enjoy our day and were very relaxed. Was a bit let down when I requested a coffee I asked again 25mins later and over an hour later it still hasn't been done despite me asking if it was easier for me to wait for it.

Staff were lovely but appeared stretched. Spa and hotel need a refresh but I think this is happening. Courtyard bedrooms are nice and spacious
