Visited on the 11/4/18 place was lovely and staff were fantastic.. only let down was the pool which was far to cold to use we were notified about the problem but only when we arrived. All other facilities where lovely, food was brilliant and the massage was amazing would of been 5 star if pool was available to use.

All staff were fantastic but Hannah on the reception went above and beyond to make our day even more relaxed as it was our first time at a spa so was unsure what we was doing, she explained everything and took us to the restaurant and made sure our day was hassle free, she was very friendly and easy to approach, we will be returning and bringing family in the future

Enjoyed our visit but dissapointed that we didnt get to know about the pool being out of order unti lwe were halfway there. Poolside floor was dirty maybe from people being allowed in with outdoor shoes on . Treatments were 5⭐rooms lovely and staff were fabulous .All in all a good day hopefully when building work finished we will return .

We bought the spa day through Groupon, it was definitely worth its value. The staff were lovely and the treatments were amazing. Highly recommended it.
