Staff were excellent but felt needed more staff on to accommodate i.e. when ordering coffees etc,, the spa treatments were fab, felt the swimming pool could do with brightening up, grey walls were a bit dark and dingy, if painted white/cream would lift the facilities experience. Overall a very good spa day out.

Where to start good parking.
4/10 But had to ask where the spar it self was entrance not good.
booking in staff very welcoming.
Would have been good if foot wear for spar provided or let people no to bring some.
4/10 Upstairs to changing rooms no privet changing rooms. Deposit for robes £10 each
3/10 Pool lot smaller than expected. Quite run down.not lounger to relax on as not room hope this will change with the new conservatory in progress.
8/10 Lunch was very nice in hotel atmosphere nice food very nice but fresh salad would have been nice bit old looking.
10/10 Treatment where very good staff very nice and atmosphere in there very relaxing.would book treatments again but not spar sorry

Excellent treatments in beautiful rooms. It was a large group of women guests spoiled facilities by 'taking over' and complaining that people had their seats when they'd not been there for at least 1/2 hr - made others uncomfortable - but as they're unlikely to be there again at same time I would love to return thank you
