The staff throughout were great. My treatments were superb. The cleanliness of changing rooms, showers and floors throughout were not up to my expectations. Meal was lovely although we did have to dispute our bill after being charged for Sunday lunch which we were told was included in our deal. It did get sorted but would rather not have had to question this.

Really enjoyed my visit and thought it was really good value for money, the treatments were really nice too. My only criticism would be that the spa area looks old and worn and not particularly clean in places but I would visit again
