Very Average, changing rooms and pool area were dated and need a good clean

Poor spa facilities and was really disappointed with the treatments. The massage was very poor. I asked for firm massage and its was more like a slow soft movement certainly didn't help release the knots in my back and shoulders. The products used very poor it lacks ambience and relaxation. Something you definitely need to improve on
