The treatment room was cold because we were the first clients. There was
works being carried out so the spa area was very dark and dingy. The staff
were helpful but only when asked a question, even though we said we had never been before - no one showed us round they just gave us directions. The lunch was lovely but too much for lunchtime and the cost did not represent value for money. Sorry, you did ask. I have been to better spa's for less money and I thought by paying more I would get something really special for my friends birthday but sadly I did not. We also travelled 40 minutes so not worth that either. Someone should have said that building works would be carried out and it was cold going from one area to the other and outside for various things, too disjointed.
