Facilities were nice but small for the volume of people. Steam room was cold Treatments were disappointing. Massage was basically getting oil rubbed very softly in my skin. When asked if she could go firmer she replied with that was as hard as she could go. All 3 treatments were very poor.
Food in the restaurant was nice. Such a shame as the venue itself has the potential to be lovely.

Had a wonderful day with my daughter-in-law. The body massage was so relaxing. My skin felt amazing after the sugar scrub. The facilities in the spa were beyond what we expected, being able to relax in the sun lounge made us feel very special. Lunch was very good, but be warned the portion sizes are huge. We will certainly be returning as we thought it was great value.xx

Pleasent staff. Spa treatments could have been more gentle. Perhaps more training required as just a lack of finesse. Again therapists welcoming but unfortunately the facial left my skin greasy & my daughter in laws face went red & blotchy afterwards as her makeup was not taken off prior to facial. So her makeup was rubbed in. I was asked if I had makeup on & it was removed prior to facial by the therapist.
We didn't complain but politely left after a roast dinner which was a bit bulky for us.
On reflection I would always ask about skin products used prior to booking a spa.
