Visited for a spa day for 2. Spa facilities - good facilities, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna and pool. The floor could do with a scrub and a little tlc to the doors leading to the sauna is rotten on the bottom. The new conservatory is a welcome addition, lovely seating and sun lounge area. Treatments were good and the beautician was very polite and we'll presented. Only fault was the noise coming from the nail bar. Overall a good visit.

Used a Groupon deal for 2 x 25 minute treatments and a light lunch. I was really pleased with the treatments and the therapist. I found the changing rooms disappointing as they were dark and appeared dirty, I did not feel able to use the shower preferring to wait until I got home. Now the light lunch! there was a choice of 2 starters and 3 mains of which 3 were fish. The soup was luke warm, watery and inedible and the poached cod although tasty was tiny with a few tiny vegetables. I was looking forward to to the lunch and found it a real let down.

My treatments were brilliant, staff were very helpful and friendly, the food and service in the restaurant was also very nice. I feel that the pool and sauna could have been a little cleaner and the decor does need updating.

The staff gave excellent customer service,lovely caring and so helpful,
Such a quaint relaxing and tranquil spa,
My only slightly negative comment would be the lunch menu could have more of a choice, apart from that my wife and I had a brilliant day,
