The spa day was great, overall I had a lovely time. I feel the facilities are a little tired and the changing rooms are in need of some updating. The food was lovely, the staff friendly and the treatments and cost of the package overall was good value for money, I just think with a slight upgrade of changing rooms and more cleaning specifically round the pool it would be even better.

Spa area needs a deep clean and staff need to up their customer service skills. Food was mediocre at best. If I'd paid full price I would have complained. This didn't feel like a bargain treat.

The conservatory was worth the wait, makes a big difference giving you somewhere to relax.
Meal was lovely and Beauty therapist gave a great massage.
