Groupon Deal and had lovely experience. Two course lunch easily upgraded to three courses. Seemed short staff but our waitress was most helpful and we weren’t in any rush so not a problem. Treatments lovely and therapist very professional. Could maybe have done with a fresh dry towel as too wet after using facilities to be of much use when ready to shower and go home. Excellent value

I have been to the Manor House for a spa day before and found it to be satisfactory for the price, which is why I returned on a ‘hen do’. However this time around I found the experience unsatisfactory and was quite embarrassed to bring the bride to be here. The staff were lovely and I feel very sorry for them having to work in that environment. The place was filthy. There wasnt enough staff to cater for the guests in the spa and restaurant. The robes had holes in. The menu was limited. The dining hall hadn’t been cleaned from the breakfast sitting. I will not be visiting again even for the ‘cheapness’ of it. Cleanliness should always be top priority in a spa and it defiantly wasn’t.
