Booked through groupon spa day for two as birthday present for a friend. Warm welcome on arrival and easy check in. Spa area reasonable although steam room was out of order. Pool, jacuzzi and sauna were all good and plenty of loungers. Snacks and drinks could be ordered from reception and delivered to pool side. Two treatments included in package, chose facial and massage, both of which were very good. Light lunch was nice although choice a little limited. Overall pleasant experience and would return

Throughly enjoyed our visit only issue was no private changing facilities step up to jacuzzi to high as I have mobility problems and tiles going into changing rooms coukd do with updating as they looked old and grubby but over all food staff and treatments made up for these couple of things

Unfortunately me and my partner had a disappointing experience. Cleanliness in the spa and restaurant was poor. The restaurant service was poor and I personally was disappointed with the food too. The facilities in general could do with freshening up. The staff was friendly, but I would not go back or recommend.

2nd visit in 3 years. Lost it's appeal slightly. Staff friendly and helpful and treatments nice. Extended relaxation area so plenty of seating now. Few minor irritations like flies in the restaurant n treatment rooms. Coffees luke warm and expensive. Light lunch not great with little variety. Won't be hurrying back.
