It is a small spa and unfortunately the steam room was out of order which was unlucky. Great treatments, friendly staff and I enjoyed lunch although limited choice. Would recommend as great value for money.

The staff were lovely however there were 3 16-18 year olds jumping and spitting in the pool which was off putting not just for us but elderly lady was swimming at the time and staff didn't do anything or ask them to leave. Also the lunch was nice but i am surprised that it didn't include a drink even tea coffee or a small selection on juices. I asked for the couples room and checked 3 times it was available and then when we got there one of the beds was broken so we had to have seperate rooms i'd have thought it should have been fixed. Massage was good but could hear other people having their nails done laughing and talking so was not relaxing. For the price i paid didn't really get what we expected.

Food in the restaurant on the evening was not bad. Staff were very friendly. Upgraded 2 a superior room at a cost of £30 which to be honest wasn’t the best ,very outdated & if that was a superior room would hate 2 see the normal rooms. Room was at bottom of the main staircase so heard people talking at bottom of the stairs at 5.45 in morning. Will not be returning.

Therapist was noisy during facial, putting products back into cupboard at different steps, which also made it feel rushed.

Staff on reception were a bit 'short' in responses and almost made me uncomfortable. Steam room out of order but not informed at reception. Nice lunch included. Back massage basis and didn't inc lower back.
