This was my 3rd visit and again it was very enjoyable; a few niggles in that it was extremely busy so there were no lockers and the light lunch included a glass of wine, I was driving and my daughters don’t like wine do we all have a soft drink and were charged for these. There wasn’t much choice in the light lunch so we had the lounge menu which was an additional cost (well worth it though) but I was a little surprised to be charged for the drinks I thought as we weren’t having the wine these would have been free

Spa was lovely it was unfortunate the steam room was out of order. I upgraded for the full body massage which was to be a 50 minute treatment however the therapist was running a little late and then she finished 5 minutes early also therefore I felt the upgrade was not worth while as I felt I did not get the full treatment I paid extra for.
