Booked a lunch and spa deal for myself and 2 friends. It was excellent value for money. We all enjoyed the treatments we received: facial, body massage and scalp massage. The setting was beautiful and the sun shine in the sun area was a bonus.
We were very satisfied.
To gain the 5* it would require little improvements...
the treatment beds could have an electric blanket to keep the customer warm as treatment rooms were a little cool.
Staff reminding customers that the sun lounger is for that..not to keep even when you are at lunch or in treatment area.
Some regular drain unblocker to ensure that shower trays don't overflow in changing room. Finally, lunch was great value but not enough staff to serve and maybe look at presentation of the food (I had fish and it looked like it was with custard).

Great Venue and staff were attentive. Spa facilities could do with a bit of an upgrade and steam room, shower and Jacuzzi. Pool was a bit dirty round edges. Strong smell of paint in our room 28 . Staff could not undertand or have an answer why. Overall though well worth the money . the Knights room looked a fantastic venue for a wedding. The conservatory was fab and the courtyards and surroundings great. Would visit again.
