Didn’t expect and £10 refundable deposit for towel or robe .. good job I took some money as for the changing rooms and pool and sauna area I thought it was a mucky hole the treatment rooms were ok I won’t be going back

Enjoyed the day. When we arrived no staff anywhere for 10 mins so waited . Staff friendly. Changing rooms and pool area were tired and not that clean . Towels and robes also had seen better days. Treatments were relaxing and professional.

Best Spa day, have had s few Spa days here always have a fab time, the good is beautiful, I have had the same therapist for the last 3 times I have been, Tracey is amazing, she is very professional at all times and excellent at her job, I would recommend her to anyone.

My friend and I visited for the spa deal of massage and facial. It was excellent value for money. The treatments were excellent and the therapists were friendly and professional. We ate lunch in the restaurant and it was delicious and the staff were really nice. The level of cleanliness was just acceptable, for what we had paid. The treatment rooms seemed fine but the spa areas could do with a deep clean. As we arrived for late lunch the restaurant was empty when we arrived. There was crumbs on my chair and on quite a few of the tables. Only a small thing and not a big issue but a little more attention to this sort of thing would be an improvement. An investment in better vacuum cleaners would pay off too. Overall we enjoyed our experience and would visit again ... at the right price.
