Facial was amazing, a very relaxing process with lovely products. Soft hands though was basically a hand massage which did not take 25 minutes! Bit disappointed as I thought it would be a manicure too. Lunch was ok but a little disappointing too as we went over in swimsuits and robes and were not allowed to buy a drink or a dessert to follow as we had left money in the lockers in the changing rooms. Thank goodness for that A68 Cafe soon the way home. Lovely coffee and amazing Apple crumble cheesecake!
A lovely welcome from staff, very helpful and accommodating. facilities were good although the room we stayed in could have been a little less basic with a more comfortable bed. All in all a very nice very place to stay.
Looks fabulous after the refurbishment, it was little cool in the pool area and treatment room. The spa facilities are a little small and when busy there is a wait to use them. The value for money is great and I will definitely be returning. A nice day had by all
My back neck and shoulder massage was lovely and relaxing and she worked wonders on my knotted muscles.spa area was busy and rather small, even two loud children in spa area so not very relaxing, jacuzzi had far too much chlorine in it, made our throats burn and eyes sting and told a member of staff who said he had just check it? But unsure how as we never saw him in the 90 mins prior to us being in spa area. Over all an ok day but highlight was massage
Couldn’t bring myself to use any of the facilities as it’s was so dirty. The entrance was nice and the staff were friendly. Once past here it started to smell of damp and unclean. I had a massage and facial which were fine but couldn’t use any of the facilities in the spa as it felt really dirty. My partner went in the jacuzzi and said his eyes were stinging really badly. I can’t say it’s not value as the two treatments I had only cost me £30 but if your expecting to use the spa then it was disappointing. Would return to the nail bar but not the spa
