My spa day was wonderful from start to finish. I had a full body massage, followed by a wonderfully relaxing time in the new solarium, then a two course lunch. I then had a ‘soft foot’ treatment, followed by a relaxing swim in the pool. Then it was back to the solarium for another relaxing lie down on a comfortable lounger.
All in all I had a wonderful day and can’t wait to repeat it again soon.

We were 10 minutes late due to stopping to help a member of the public who had been in a car crash. We rang ahead to explain and were told it was fine. When we arrived the assistant was incrediably rude and told us we could not have our treatment and dismissed us. We were referred to the manager who was also uninterested saying he onky wirked there. We left due to service abd attitudes of staff. As we were leaving 3 others were complaining there were no slippers or towels and another group said they were leaving early as it was so awful. After emailing the hotel group i have still received no response. Avoid at all costs....much better hotel and spas in the area.

Terrible atmosphere not spoken to very nicely, felt in the way rushed and a complete inconvenience to the staff. No personal touches... Deposit left for robe and towels was more than it would cost to buy the poor quality robes and towels. Facilities were tired and dirty, we left less than an hour in. Showers too dirty to go in went home to shower. No paper towels in the toilet area. Feel ripped off and angry I get one day off in 3 months and it was wasted on this experience not going back and have spread the word on my friends social media to save someone else I know experiencing the same. Saving grace was a polite gentle man who took us for lunch and lunch was fantastic.

I had s 50 minute full massage. The massage was very rushed. I was talked too most of the way through it and only my calves were done on my legs nd me shoulders were missed also. Seemed like the therapist as in a hurry. Coupled its the talking all the way through I didn’t really have a chance to relax. Huge shame as I’ve been here before and really enjoyed the experience.
