I have been several times to this spa and although I loved the new conservatory I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the place. My daughters robe and towel had to be changed as it was all marked . The showers and changing room floor looked dirty and in need of a good clean. We had a cream tea which was nice but I would have prefer the restaurant not the longe as it is in need of a spruce up . The massage and facial was lovely. All in all me and my daughters had a good day just feel the place has determinate since our last visit .
