Dreadful, will never return!
Upon arrival into Spa it looked nice, however, stagnant water around pool was dirty & had matted hair. Stagnant water around spa area which was dirty & hair & muck around spa floor. Aircon units were dripping water. Steam room smelt of mould and the grill next to jacuzzi was filthy.
Had to wait 15 minutes for a staff member to order drinks for pool area.
Treatments were okay, therapist talked all the way through treatment, she also had long nails so kept scratching my back. My friends therapist kept checking her phone.
Upon check out I had to call reception to get someone to come to the spa so we could hand robes in & get my drivers licence back.
Creamed tea.... well if you can call it that. It was a scone out of a packet from a supermarket. The clotted cream was squirty cream and we weren’t given any cutlery so we had to stir tea with knives that we had used on our scones. My water never turned up and never once throughout our day were we asked how our day was. Faulty towers is the only way I can describe this. Do not go here, dirty, unfriendly, service terrible.

Really nice relaxing day, changing rooms are very dated and don’t seem too clean but other than that treatments were amazing and good prices

I had booked a day at the Spa with my aunt with a Groupon voucher. This was a really great deal. From the moment we arrived until we left we were greated so well by all the staff which really do make this place great. The facilities available throughout the day was lovely and the treatments was great. The lunch was definately high standard and good size portions. I will definately be back. The only think that really stopped me from giving it a 5 start was that I think they should maybe check the cleaning throughout.

Didn't use the spa facilities just had the treatments and a meal afterwards but we were very satisfied with what we had i was given a good massage and facial off Elizabeth and will ask for her next time we are in.
