Nice staff but dirty spa. Treatment rooms OK but pool area and changing rooms dirty. Towels stained. All rather unpleasant.
The staff at the manor house hotel were lovely,polite and helpful. The spa was nice and clean,the staff who did the treatments were friendly and punctual and meal we had was really nice it's was a a really nice break the only thing I could pick at was the meal took quite along time to be ready and we was waiting along time for the courses and the back massage even though stated firm it was really gentle like a tickle and my partner said the same so didn't come back as relaxed as I thought. But I would definatly visit again.

Had a fantastic day. Staff were lovely. Spa facilities were great and it wasn’t overcrowded. Treatments were very nice. Two course lunch was very tasty. Great value for money.

This was my first spa day and o got to share it with my lovely fiancée for her birthday!! Great value for money and stunning cream tea - scrumptious jam! Thankyou for your lovely hotel, restaurant and spa facilities
