Regularly go for spa days, excellent value for money. I had a facial, which is so relaxing,while the face mask is on the therapist gives you a lovely head massage. Back massage is great, the therapist asks if their a specific area you would like to work on.
We have been here previously several times, this time the conservatory had been added which is a fab bonus now wth more beds as previously there was limited space round the pool, the treatments rooms have also changed, again a definate bonus, now bigger and you dnt go through one to get to the other. All staff very pleasant and helpful. The lunch meal we had was now in a different part to where we had previously always eaten also but again, staff n food was excellent. We will definately be back again and great deal for the spa day. Always recommend to friends and look forward to our next visit. Thank you Manor House

Staff were lovely
Venue needs serious refurb and clean
And it might be worthwhile mentioning that a soft drink each is not included in the food offer to save the embarrassing phone call I had late at night

Overall good value for money. Not impressed with the "lady" who was vaping in the spa area next to the pool, but it didn't really detract from the experience. Staff had a word with her when I pointed this out. The food was very good value for money.
