We visited on Sunday and were surprised at how busy it was, there weren't enough loungers for everyone there and the hot tub was full most of the time (although the pool, steam room and sauna were mostly empty).
I was surprised by the decor as the walls seemed to be cobbled, but painted or plastered over in a dark grey colour which seemed a bit drab and gloomy, instead of fresh and relaxing as you'd expect in a spa.
However the staff were lovely, the therapist I saw was very polite and friendly.
The food was also tasty and they catered well for gluten free diets.

Pool facilities very outdated dirty and not inviting at all. No clear instructions on where to go at what time. Walked straight into wedding reception.
Treatment below par no matter what the price may be. The whole place could do with some serious renovation to bring it up to expected standards.

Had a good time, shame the treatment room we were in, had a bedroom above. The people in the above room were very heavy footed, not making the time spent in the treatment room very relaxing, despite the room it self being relaxing and inviting.
Staff were friendly and welcoming, cleanliness wasn’t the best, especially in the rooms. Lovely old building, but could do with a refurbish.

Lovely relaxing day. Staff were friendly and helpful. Enjoyed lunch. As we had late treatments it would have been good to have been able to purchase a sandwich or snack to keep us going but restaurant closure coincided with these. Otherwise a very enjoyable day which we will do again.
