After a bad experience involving having to move and the distress of moving rooms on what was meant to be a stress free break for my birthday.
The steam room was out of order and the changing room could have done with a mopping but was not disgusting by any means.
My treatments brightened my day up no end. The person who completed my treatments, I sorry I forgot your name, was fantastic! Being on the plus size I wasn't made to feel awkward. She noticed it was my birthday and wished me Happy Birthday, which all helped me to feel special for the time I was there. The neck back and shoulders massage was excellent and as well as relaxing my it also helped with the pain of my fibromyaligia. Through out the massage she answered my questions and ensure I was comfortable with the pressure used and adjusted it if required. Her technique was what I would deem very good. My second treatment was a head massage. This was so relaxing if she'd carried on any longer I'd been asleep.
I thoroughly enjoyed it and I hope you let her read this herself so she knows how much she improved my (55th) birthday. Big Thank You!!

i wasnt keen on the food although my mam enjoyed it. the pool seemed cold and the steam room was out of order and th jacuzzi wasnt working properly. the treatment room was nice but the towels and robes smelt and were stained. we felt like we were walking in to the morgue when went to restaurant toilets very spooky. the staff were nice. and bought on groupon so good value but wont be returning
