Spa breal was great value. Room wasn't ready when we arrived however we were told we could use the spa so wasn't too much of an issue. Room lovely, Large and clean. Evening meal and breakfast lovely. Spa treatments were lovely and the staff were very helpful.

The hotel is more like 3 star hotel. Very tired, cot webs on the window sill, dusty, restaurant windows you cannot see through how smudgy they are, fitted wardrobes chipped and painted over with paint which is not even matching, bathroom radiator not working, parts of the shower missing, sounds system in the bathroom was but did not work :) ..... and the list goes on! Would not stay again and would definitely not recommend.

The perfect place to unwind! My daughter booked a spa package including overnight stay for mine and my husbands birthday from the start the staff were friendly and helpful. The spa and treatments were top notch and our room was spacious and clean. When we arrived in the room there was a bottle of champagne chilling in an ice bucket and 2 champagne flutes, we messaged our daughter to say thank you only to be told it was a gift from the hotel and not from them. The evening meal was beautiful and the breakfast just as tasty. Would recommend to anyone
