This offer was great value for money lovely spa and staff...very relaxing day...I would definitely recommended to a friend...very simple and easy booking procedure too
Great experience very relaxing only issue we had was it was our anniversary I informed the hotel of this as I ordered flowers for the room when we went for a meal there was another couple there that got free drinks as it was there anniversary and a congratulations from the staff and they were only there on a room only basis I paid for a full package. The food also was lovely but not enough of it.
Fantastic place in beautiful surroundings. The staff were so helpful and attentive despite being short staffed. The relaxation room was beautiful and we were spoilt for choice between the rock sauna, infrared sauna, two different steam rooms and an ice room. The only thing it lacked was a jacuzzi but you cant have it all can you?Take a book with you to read one of the poolside loungers and if you're booked in for the cream tea I'd definately recommend upgrading to the afternoon tea as it wasn't very substantial. Once we had upgraded we were very pleased. Robes, towels, and slippers are provided free of charge which was a nice touch and tea , coffee, water and fruit are available also free in the spa lounge all day also so for this reason I really think it was excellent value for money.
My husband took me here as a treat over the weekend and what a treat it was! We were so impressed with the spa an I have recommended it to all my friends. Excellent value for money
I had a lovely day at this spa and overall the experience was great. The spa has had a refurb and the facilities are lovely, I do find it odd there was no jacuzzi pool though, but that's just something I personally like in a spa. The garden room was beautiful and a lovely place to relax. There was complimentary teas and water in this room but quite a few used cups left on the tables, I was in here for 2 hours and they weren't collected in that time, which is why I knocked a star off for cleanliness. The only other slight issue was the women's changing room only had one extremely tiny shower, which when you closed the door was almost impossible to move around in. Luckily it was quiet while I was there, but could imagine it becoming quite frustrating to wait to shower on a busy day with only one available. These were my only grumbles and not enough for me to not book another spa day here. The afternoon tea was fantastic and far too much for one person, my treatment was fabulous and the thermal rooms were excellent. I would most definitely come back here and felt thoroughly relaxed after my visit.
