We arrived 5 minutes before the treatment, and sat and waited for at least 10 minutes. We were asked to sign and write our address on the forms. The therapist was rushing about, and wasn't in uniform or ready for us. When she came back 10 mins later she said we hadn't filled the forms out properly. So we ticked the rest of the boxes, which took about 30 seconds. When she took my mum for her treatment, it was 15 minutes into the time we had been allocated. My mum asked if she would get that time added back on, as the treatment was for 30 minutes. The therapist said we had taken too long to fill out the forms and wasn't going to give us the whole half hour! We were there in plenty of time to fill out the forms before our allocated time begun.Neither my mum or I had a full half hour treatment and as nice as it was, we both felt it was rushed and the therapist wasn't very friendly. I wouldn't recommend this spa. The products felt nice and it was relaxing once we lay down. However , we both felt cheated and it wasn't our fault that she wasn't ready for us when we arrived, and the whole experience wasn't very welcoming at all. The hotel was lovely and we enjoyed our stay. The rest of the staff were very friendly, its a shame the spa part of it was so disappointing.
Had a great weekend there, the staff was very helpful and attentive. Spacious, clean, warm and high standard bedroom. Very relaxing with the pool and the jacuzzi overlooking the surrounding hills. Good dinner and large breakfast with a lot of choice. Good value.

Our visit to Sonas Spa Hotel in Pitlochry was perfect. The Hotel was spotless and the staff very friendly and accommodating, There are several lounges throughout the hotel with comfortable sofas and chairs and nothing is too much trouble for the staff, they make you feel wanted. The room was clean and comfortable with free tea, coffee and shortbread to die for. There was a good menu of fine foods to choose from and the dining room is spacious and comfortable. The food served was piping hot and the breakfast had a vast selection (compliments to the chef). I got a facial in the spa and the therapist was very professional. She made me feel at ease and delivered an excellent service ( I bought beauty products at highly discounted prices) I would definitely go back and if you go, don't forget to tip the lovely staff.

I recently came to stay as a surprise for my mum's birthday and we had a fantastic time!! The hotel it's self for lovely and rustic. The facilities and spa were top notch. We had a bit of a mix up with the treatments that we had booked but the receptionist and therapist sorted this straight away and were fantastic. The staff are just so happy to help and always very polite! Definately be back.

Could not fault the spa facilities at all at this place, however, the cleaning staff did come through the spa area, not the treatment rooms, making alot of noise and disturbing the calm. The therapist was brilliant, she did go to the cleaning staff and tell them to stop coming through the spa area. The treatments were brilliant, very relaxing and the therapist knew all about the products she was using. The only negative I would say would be the polish used in the manicure, the therapist herself said it wasn't very good and she was right the polish was chipped within the night and I had only had it done about 5 in the evening. Overall this spa was well equipped and the therapist was friendly and clearly knew her stuff would happily return.
