My treatment/massage was with Saba (not Gloria).
Saba as always is totally amazing. Knows exactly what to do, which for me personally is crucial. Very caring, always goes the extra mile which is exceptional!! :)
I would like like to also leave a brief feedback for the receptionist (long blond hair). She is absolutely lovely and very welcoming which is always much appreciated!

This massage was in the therapy/ treatment rooms adjacent to gym area of the The Circle apartment complex. It is not a "spa" as such but the venue has a nice ambiance and the staff are professional and friendly. My deep tissue massage was very good. The therapist used a lovely scented oil and I felt very relaxed afterwards.

I had a massage here yesterday and it was amazing. I found them online as they were local to me. Good quality service from initial contact to when i left. Staff were all friendly, professional and helpful. Social distancing and protective measures are being observed to protect clients and staff. My masseuse was very warm, professional and excellent at her job. I was so relaxed when leaving ❤️

Amazing experience from start to finish. Super lovely and welcoming staff who patiently explained how things worked. The masseuse really listened and focused on the problem areas. I went in for a deep tissue on a frozen neck and left a new person!

I called to ask if it would still happen as it was too short notice for a patch test- they said it was fine and to come for the appointment. When I got there they refused to do it. I went back the next day and she was unable to carry out the lash lift. I was blamed as my eyes were watering. She was rough, rude and didn’t end up doing anything. They are now refusing to give me a refund, despite not carrying out the service. I had it done elsewhere with no problems at all.
