A calming facial that answered most of my skin concerns. My therapist was gentle and asked lots of questions about my skin routine and type, and adjusted my treatment to fit. Products were a good match for my skin and well chosen. The facial usually includes steaming, but my therapist decided it wouldn't fit my sensative skin. The therapist was running slightly behind so I had to wait for about 10 minutes, but they were polite and explained why as I arrived.
