Surprisingly poor customer service, the therapist was not welcoming or friendly at all, everything I asked for was too much effort and impossible for her to do (asked for reversed french or french tip with a bring colour). Materials used seemed old/out of date, so she was struggling to apply the gel polish. Cuticle work not great either. Overall, very disappointing experience....

My appointment was booked and paid for via Treatwell. I took the day off work and was told that the salon did not have my booking when I arrived. I have not been able to rebook my appointment. Please can I get a refund?
