I was late to the appointment, as I'm new to the area so I will say that was my fault. I confirmed with the therapist that it was lycon hot wax she was using, as I'd booked specificallyfor that product. The therapist didn't ask me about any skin concerns or allergies, she also didn't use any pre wax or after wax oil or cream, she got the wax stuck to my Madonna ring and didn't give me any wax remover until I asked for it. Not professionalservice at all, won't be back
