Very friendly staff, happy to help and welcoming. The consultation was very in depth and informative. The steps were explained throughout the treatment and I was put at ease. I was given lots of advice about my skin after the laser treatment
Lovely facial! Skin looks and feels clean, blackheads reduced, pores minimised. Overall very happy. Only concern is it is quoted as a 1hr treatment but in actual fact it was 45mins. Therefore not giving it top marks as not necessarily the best value for money. You can find similar treatments in Canterbury for same price but promise at least 55min treatment. Happy to book again if the treatment is at least 55min but if not I'm not sure it's worth the money.

Excellent place, really clean and has recently been refurbished so feels brand new! therapist was amazing and my laser was less painful than other places in the area I've tried (I would say pain-free but there's no such thing hey!) She is a perfectionist so be prepared to leave in perfect order. She gave me so many great beauty tips as well! I'm definitely a new regular, can't recommend enough.
They did their best to squeeze me in! Thank you so much! sorry for being a pain in the back side ! An amazing place! Very good and thorough!
