I had a great session with Magda, lots of great work done on a long term deep muscle problem that I've not cleared (even through Yoga, stretching). I'm not naive enough to think the problem would magically disappear but the exercises on these specific muscles (that Magda suggested) are helping stretch/build the deep muscle. So, I can't recommend highly enough. And of course I'll be back for more thru the Treatwell app as I can trust the feedback here!
