It was supposed to a 60 minute full body deep tissue massage. Magada, although very nice, spent 40 mins doing quite a superficial massage of my back and shoulder, tending to take a more 'all over' approach rather than actually focusing on muscle knots and working out the problem areas. She then crammed the last 10 minutes of the session working on my front, which involved working the trapezius muscles which felt a little bit like being strangled. She also used hot stones for some reason?
