I’ve been multiple times! Kate did an amazing deep tissue massage, I went with such a tense back and shoulders and now I can actually move again! I really appreciate that they take their time at the shore clinic, I never feel rushed and I get the full hour of massage. I highly recommend!

I came with lots of persistent knots and while some remain I am definitely feeling better after the massage. The massage was very complete and included different techniques of muscle relaxation and deep tissue
