Kate was so calm and skilled - a miracle worker! I had a big uni deadline, and my shoulders / neck were so painful from stress and from physically bending over a laptop for hours and hours. I couldn't sleep from it.
Kate got all the tight knots out and made my shoulders pain-free again! I felt so much lighter and slept so well. Even days later, after hours more on the laptop, my shoulders still felt loose. Thank you! 😊
