It’s clear the team are professionals, I’ve never really gone for many massages before the Shore Clinic. I have a lot of chronic pain and tension, and I also exercise and lift weights regularly - the massage really helps and is very relaxing between the deep tissue and fascia manipulation, the hot stones and the lovely smelling oils and warm towels.
