Kate and her colleague were inviting, courteous and professional. The salon is clean and calm, and I felt at ease immediately. Kate was considerate, and asked if I had any "problem" spots that needed extra attention, and she made sure to work the two areas with focus, managing to undo some of the tension that had been jarring me for some time. I left warm and floating. I appreciate the therapy.
