I arrived about 20 minutes early and sat quietly in the waiting room. As I waited I thought maybe Katarina may overrun with her current client but I was wrong, she was ready on the dot.
I went for a manicure and pedicure and I felt very relaxed and thoroughly enjoyed the whole process. Katarina is absolutely lovely and I loved the fact she didn't bombard me with small talk. The conversation flowed very naturally. I was booked in for an hour and a half and finished 10 minutes early but at no point did I feel Katarina was trying to rush me out of there. I would definitely recommend. I don't often get my nails done unless for a special occasion but after that experience I may have them done more often.

Katarina herself was a very warm, welcoming, vivacious woman. I enjoyed her presence. However, towards the end I found her very pushy with selling an expensive microfiber cloth and oil after waxing. I understand this is part of aftercare but the way she pushed it made me feel at first she was giving it for free, as she was practically putting it in my hand, but when she told me the price it was way too high. It made me feel uncomfortable at the end having to not purchase something she spent ages telling me about.
With regards to the waxing, it was very quick and thorough but extremely painful, the most painful I've had. This is because she applies wax to the full area and tears it off in bigger sections.
One of my best massage experiences. I had the anti-stress massage which was perfect! Katarina was extremely professional, very kind and welcoming. I highly recommend this venue and the services. I will definitely be back!
