Lovely afternoon.
But odd that the therapist stopped massaging half way through to let the lotion sink in. Felt a little like I didn't get the full 30 minutes of massage. This didn't happen with the person who had the same massage at the same time with the other therapist.

I’ve been going to the Secret Spa for years and it’s good value for money with the bonus of a Running Fox afternoon tea. However, I was booked for 2 x 30 min treatments but you never really get your full 30 mins, I was left to get ready at the start of my first treatment and the therapist was away 10 minutes, I was left for another 5 minutes during my massage, and after my facial I was left to relax, so you lose 5 minutes there too. A private space to eat on a spa day would be much better too.
