We had a voucher to use and had such a busy time we needed to fit it in really quickly. As my daughter and I live well apart in distance it is a great way of having some quality time to chat and relax. The staff were able to extend this so we could have this treat for our birthday weekend. We enjoyed the lunch and our treatment was divine a lovely relax on warm beds for a snooze just finished our day before traveling back to Newcastle and Hull. We would love to repeat this again in the future. Thanks for a lovely day H+K

Friendly staff and a lovely massage.....the only thing that spoiled it was the telephone that rang several times and half way through the massage I could hear loud talking from the next room so I felt I could not relax.

A truly Secret space an oasis in a rural country village which will take you by surprise once inside. The facilities beat those of many 5* hotels. our visit was only spoilt by the heat and humidity in the spa lounge the emergency exit being the only opening window and it was 'locked' we were told it has to stay locked, An 'emergency exit'?? get there early as there are only four lounging spaces three of which were hogged until the users left at 2.30 other than that your choice is the two leather sofas, very deep ok if you have long legs, I'm 5'2". Under 16's not allowed in actual spa or facilities only swimming pool so no worries about children whizzing around. Staff were excellent, lunch vey good a fruit alternative to the choc fudge cake would be nice, and a non alcoholic drink option also. Not everyone enjoys 'pink fizz' can you offer salt for the jacket potato? especially as there is butter, alcohol, choc cake and cream!! Overall a well run de luxe day spa experience at very reasonable cost. Thank you
