The facilities and staff were excellent, the only down side we seemed to wait along time in the breakfast room prior to the use of the spa, I ended up in the spa for only one hour then had to have my facial and straight to lunch. Unfortunately after lunch we never went back into the pool or Jacuzzi as we had to leave at 3.00. Next time I would ensure that I arrived at 9.00 and managed my time there a bit better, but it was a very relaxing experience and I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Sarah and her staff were very welcoming when we arrived. We were shown around the spa. We had a relaxing time in the hot tub, pool , steam room and sauna. Then leisurely read magazines on the hot stone beds in the relaxation room where you can help yourself to tea and coffee. My sister and I had the salt scrub treatment it lasted 40 minutes and well worth the price. Ours was included in the spa day with lunch and fizz. Excelled value at £99 for 2.
My advice is book up early. Sarah is extremely busy.

Had a brilliant day, really enjoyed croissants and coffee for breakfast although shame there was no jam. Staff were lovely, friendly and very accommodating to all requests. 4 of the 5 friends that enjoyed our spa day had never been before, and were so impressed with the whole experience that they all want to organise future visits. A really lovely day was had by all. Great food, lovely staff, very relaxing day.
