Had a half day spa with aroma back massage.Went on my own and had a fab bit of me time.Sarah is excellent and the massage was fab.Lovely swim sauna and steam etc..I am hooked..

This was one of the best, if not the best, massage I have ever had. I went in with a headache due to tension in my neck and shoulders and came out with headache completely gone. Great advice given by therapist too about the best treatment for my needs. Excellent all round!
