The staff are friendly and professional and make the whole spa day experience a joy. The breakfast and lunch provided on a spa day is plentiful and very enjoyable. Facilities such as the Sauna, Steam Room and Jacuzzi are also excellent. In all a fantastic time. 10/10.

Loved the day and venue. Only small gripe, lounge area was so hot - not so good for the more mature lady. Apart from this though we couldn't fault it.

Pedicure was great.First I had the old gel polish removed.Tried myself at home to remove polish on my fingers but with a very poor result.Decided best to get the salon to remove.The gel polish came off easily whilst I sat with a coffee.The choice of nail colours was fab and my therapist was extremly helpful with her suggestion of using a mix of 2 polishes.Reallt pleased with the results.I finished the experience with a facial which was very relaxing using fabulous espa products.

Very relaxing and enjoyable visit. Staff very friendly and professional. Lunch with fizz was excellent. Good value for money spa day for two, including lunch.
Would have liked fresh robes available as ours got wet due to putting them on over wet swim wear.(Staff did dry them whilst we ate lunch).
Would recommend The Secret Spa to others.
