I enjoyed my visit to the Secret Spa. The staff are really friendly and very professional. The ambience is relaxing with soft music and a lovely scent to the air. I could stay on the heated beds all day.

I had a deep tissue back massage it was really good it was suppose to only last 30 minutes but it went on for about 45 minutes so defiantly worth the money, the staff had all the time in the world for you and made me feel really comfortable and welcome

No one around to show me where to go for my massage. A rabbit warren of small rooms and misleading signs. I had to ask another client where I should be. I had arrived a little early to complete paperwork etc. Therapist did not show up until 5 mins after my booked time. No apology and she did not have a client before me. Then she spent 5 mins looking for the booking forms. Again no apology. It seemed she was intent on reciting a 'script' and was unable to vary from it. Surely each client should be treated as an individual. I felt as though I was just on a production line. However, the massage itself was excellent. I was pleased to be given time to relax after the massage and was not hustled out as can happen. A bit more of the personal touch would have been appreciated. I showed signs of being interested in going back, possibly for a spa day, but there was no offer to show me the rest of the facilities. Then showed out of the back door, and a much further way round outside to get back to the car park. Overall - a very good massage but spoiled by the lack of human consideration.
