Simply perfect.The room itself was beautifully set up for my arrival and sarah took the time to understand my needs and adapt my treatment.It was wonderful and I must go more regularly. All my aches and pains have gone and I feel so much better.

I absolutely love this spa! I’d come back every time and would recommend to anyone looking for a spa day that isn’t overly pricey and provides the basics of what you want in a spa day. I really think you have the right balance of providing a personal touch and being professional in all aspects. You don’t have many spas local to the running fox which is the biggest sell for me and brings me back every time. It’s lovely that you provide access to unlimited tea and coffee in your own kitchen.
