Our first visit but it won't be our last. Really can't understand why no one I know has ever been to the Secret Spa. We had a wonderful day. Arrived in time for our guided tour followed by a lovely breakfast. We then had time to enjoy the gym before our wonderful treatments. The staff were friendly yet very professional. We both had the full body massage followed by luxury facial. We felt thoroughly relaxed and utterly pampered but our day was not over yet. We then had a lovely lunch served in our own dining room with a nice glass of fizz. Afterwards a relaxing half hour on the heated beds and then we hit the pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Finished off with tea and coffee before our journey home. Even the A1 was kind to us!

Aromatherapy Massage
As a treat for my friend's 50th birthday we could not have chosen a better experience. The Spa Afternoon was perfect and the facial and massage wonderfully executed. If I had to comment on anything it would be that the relaxing music was much better when only music played and in addition to have to listen to a telephone conversation outside the massage room was also very distracting. My friend does not drink either tea or coffee and the venue was not to be able to offer her a soft drink alternative with her cake which did not rate from what was an otherwise five star experience, perhaps this could be addressed for future clients.
Body Treatments
This is the first time in my 57 years i have ever been to a spa or had a treatment. the service by staff was first class; they attended to you when necessary and left you alone afterwards to relax and enjoy the experience. the facilities were brilliant - from the pool to the sauna and my daughter tells me the gym was wonderful too - i was far too busy sleeping on those amazing warm stone beds..surprisingly comfortable. It is a fantastic place and although it is a long way from where we live, we will be back! I wish we had something like this near us...thank you.
