Staff friendly and very welcoming on your visit. Spa room very tranquil your relaxed from the moment you walk in. Staff guide you through what's happening before spa begins and having a choice of product they use on you is nice to. The smells are just georgeous I have a bathroom full of different body products I love it glad I changed my daily skin treatments and moisturisers to espa see you all soon again thanks .
