The spa was running a little late for my appointment but they apologised. It was understandable as they are always busy especially on a Saturday leading up to Christmas. I had only booked for legs and upper lip waxing but asked if they could also do my eyebrows - which they did no problem.

Wonderful, I was welcomed by Sarah, offered a hot or cold drink and shown to the treatment room which was relaxing and had a lovely smell.
There was a very wide choice of gel colours and after a quick consultation Sarah made a few suggestions as I couldn’t make up my mind.
The treatment was luxurious and relaxing, we chatted for the full hour.
I will definitely be back.
