I booked the appointment the night before online and had a confirmation email immediately and reminder text first thing in the morning. Excellent customer service once again.

Therapists Carly and Kirstie were very friendly, made us feel very welcome and treatment was very good! Not rushed at end of treatment. Lunch was very enjoyable good selection of food. When we first arrived jacuzzi and hot beds weren’t heating up.... was sorted by lunchtime. Spa lacked atmosphere, think background music would be a good idea but we still enjoyed our experience.
