We had a lovely relaxing day at the Spa. Staff were friendly and helpful. Manicures were excellent and my nail varnish is still perfect. Our breakfast and lunch were excellent too. All in all a wonderful day

When we found our way in (signage is poor) we were warmly welcomed and shown round. The morning was great as we got the heated stone beds to ourselves, and then the pool and hot tub too! Lunch was delicious, and the glass of fizz a lovely treat! The afternoon was very busy with families in the pool and a large spa group and other members using the adult areas. This meant nowhere to sit at times and difficulty getting to use the facilities. We all enjoyed our treatments very much and the staff were really friendly and lively. When we got ready to leave, the showers ran out of hot water and 2 of the group had to have very cold showers! Overall it was good value for money and we had a really relaxing day.

Had a very relaxing day with a lovely breakfast and lunch. The treatments were sensational. Special mention for Kimberley who was so knowledgeable and professional....but better still she is an lovely person. Thank Kimberley for making our day. Terry and Yvonne.
